With more than a decade of dedication to BIM and Business Intelligence in construction
management, Valter Brito, CEO of Grupo VMB, chose to adopt an integrated approach
to the pre-construction and construction phases. This strategy resulted in the creation
of SmartBIIM and BIMAnalytics, two essential tools in the construction market.
Strategically developed, SmartBIIM and BIMAnalytics stand out for o ering innovative

BIMAnalytics was established by Valter M. Brito, a civil engineer who graduated from
UFPI. CEO of the VMB Group made up of the companies: VMB Engenharia, SmartBIIM
and VMB Scanning. He also teaches MBAs at UNIFOR, UNEED and IPOS, holding MBAs in
Construction Management, Construction Technology & Quality, Project Management
in Engineering and Architecture, as well as an MBA in Technology for Business: AI, Data
Science and Big Data. With more than 12 years' experience in Building Information
Modeling (BIM), he was awarded the 2019 BIM Highlight by SINDUSCON CE by VMB
Engenharia, winner (gold) of the GLP 2023 innovation award in the "Management"
category by SmartBIIM and winner (silver) of the GLP 2023 innovation award in the
"Projects" category by VMB Scanning.
